A MODEL claims her large 30HH breasts put her in danger and she hopes to get a breast reduction.

Model Louisa Khovanski, now 28, began experiencing challenges related to her breast size as early as age nine, often facing bullying due to their unusually large size.

As an adult, Louisa lives with constant pain, feels uncomfortable in most clothes, and struggles with basic cardio.
She joined OnlyFans in October 2019, earning up to £50,000 a month, but fears her future may be overshadowed by her natural figure.
With 2.5 million Instagram followers, she now plans a breast reduction, hoping it will help her feel safe and accepted.
“I have to wear baggy clothes daily just to stay safe,” Louisa shared.
“I can’t wear cute tops like other girls because people judge me for my breasts.
“Even in turtlenecks or tees, people stare—so I dress oversized to blend in.
“It’s not my fault I inherited this size, but platforms like Instagram and YouTube have double standards that add pressure.
“I get random comments like ‘all you have is a pair of tits,’ which makes me feel unworthy.”
“I often get compared to Pamela Anderson — but with natural breasts,” Louisa said. “I might consider surgery later in life just to make things easier.”
Though she doesn’t face much body shaming, she has been called “stupid” in the past because of her chest, but brushes off the insults as the work of “faceless trolls.”
While Louisa admits she may never pursue a career like teaching, she believes her other talents have allowed her to achieve financial independence.
She said, “Maybe I’ll never be hired as a teacher or in other roles, but I’ve worked hard to build financial stability in my life.
“I’m not just taking selfies — I’m creating the art of seduction on OnlyFans.
“I have a flexible schedule, can work from anywhere, and travel whenever I like, so I don’t feel like I’ve lost much.”
In school, she remembers being bullied by teachers who assumed she wasn’t a “girl of virtue” and says she was harassed over her body — an experience that left lasting trauma.
Now, Louisa embraces her body and refuses to let others define who she is. She describes herself as a “humble person” and says the breast reduction, if she goes through with it, will be purely for her own well-being.
